How Our AV Installation Process Works

A well-managed installation is methodical. Each phase builds on the last, and every element is checked before the next begins. So by the time we reach handover, the system performs exactly as the design intended.

STEP 01

Pre-Installation Planning

Before anyone arrives on site, we review the full design specification, confirm cable routes, agree a programme with you and coordinate any access requirements. Good preparation is what allows installation days to run cleanly.

STEP 02

First Fix and Infrastructure

Our engineers install all structured cabling, conduit, back boxes and infrastructure fixings. Cable management is planned and executed to a high standard throughout, keeping the installation clean, accessible and future-ready.

STEP 03

Equipment Installation and Integration

Displays, screens, projectors, video walls, sound systems, rack equipment and control hardware are all installed and connected to the signal distribution infrastructure. Every connection is made to the specification and tested as it goes in.

STEP 04

Commissioning, Testing and Handover

We commission and test the complete system end-to-end. Control system programming is verified, all signal paths confirmed, and the full system tested under working conditions. Sign-off documentation is produced and staff training delivered before we hand over.
